TheOrpheus Trio is one of Ireland’s foremost music ensembles. Flautist Eilís O’Sullivan, Classical Guitarist Jerry Creedon and Cellist Hugh McCarthyhave performed extensively in Ireland and Europe, giving recitals in Concert Halls, Churches, Corporate Venues, Arts Centres, Schools etc. The Triohas built up a broad repertoire of music suitable for any occasion, from weddings to corporate entertainment, from classical music recitals to jazz and latin background music. Eilís, Jerry, and Hugh are busy professionals, performing with energy and enthusiasm in a wide variety of musical genres. They are also third-level lecturers at the MTU Cork School of Music.
